Operation steps:
STEP1: Froze the pan in the fridge for 24 hours at first. And please pay attention to the pan side must be down.
STEP2: After the pan is frozen about 24 hours in the fridge. Pour the diluted ice cream liquid into the frozen 24 - hour ice cream maker pan.
STEP3: After a while, turn over the ice cream liquid until it becomes thick sorbet.

Remarks:
